We didn’t launch Signal Sounds as a traditional club concept or a festival stage brought indoors. The goal was to create a curated platform and a new segment of audiovisual events where digital art doesn’t merely serve as a backdrop, but elevates the music into a completely new, intense experience.
The very first night of the Signal Sounds series proved that it works. The first headliner was none other than NobodyListen, who, with a set accompanied by site-specific visuals, demonstrated what a progressive fusion of the music and audiovisual scenes looks like.
For one evening, Signal Space was transformed into a place where sound and visuals merged with such intensity that the audience ceased to be mere spectators standing below the stage. People became an integral part of the entire audiovisual experience. Our goal was simply to show that music can be experienced in a completely different way than what you’re used to at typical concerts.
This collaboration with the music scene marks a new chapter for Signal. It has become clear that digital art and technology add a whole new dimension to live music and can attract audiences seeking a powerful and unique cultural experience.
The success of the first edition is largely thanks to you. To the people who came, created a great atmosphere, and showed us that it’s worth trying new things. That first night was just the beginning for us. We want to continue developing Signal Sounds, and we’re already thinking about future editions and formats that will draw you into the world of digital art and music in a slightly different way.
A big thank you to everyone who helped us kick off this new chapter!
