What types of tickets do you have?

To best accommodate your needs, we offer several types of tickets. Standard tickets are available at a discounted price for a specific date and time. Open tickets are ideal if you’re unsure of your exact visit date, though a short wait for entry may be required. Exclusive Skip the Line tickets are perfect for those who want the flexibility to choose any date and enjoy priority access without waiting.

From what age is the senior ticket valid?

Senior admission applies to visitors aged 65 and over.

Do I have to buy my ticket in advance?

You don't have to, but we recommend it. Admission is divided into time slots to make your visit as pleasant as possible. Tickets may not always be available at the door, and a handling fee may apply.

Where can I buy a ticket?

You can purchase tickets on our official website, signalspace.com. Just click on this link or the Tickets tab in the top bar, where you will find all the necessary information and access to the booking system. Please note that tickets purchased outside our official sales channels may not be valid. In a rush or just walking past? You can also purchase your ticket directly in the gallery.

How much is the admission to the Signal Playground kids’ zone?

Child (age 3–10): 195 CZK
One accompanying adult: free
Each additional adult: 95 CZK

Can tickets be purchased on site?

Yes, but only if there is availability in the given time slot. We recommend booking in advance on weekends and holidays.

How much do tickets cost, and do you offer discounts for children or groups?

Current prices can be found in the Tickets section of our website. We offer discounted admission for children, students, seniors, and families. Groups (10 or more people) can contact us by email for an individual offer.

Can I change or return my ticket?

Tickets are tied to a specific date and time. If you need to change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@signalspace.com.

What if I arrive late?

If you arrive after your slot has started, we cannot guarantee you entry. We always try to offer the nearest available slot, but we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early.

Until when is the Echoes of Tomorrow exhibition open?

The exhibition runs until the end of March 2026.

How do time slots work?

Thanks to time slots, you can avoid waiting and enjoy the exhibition at your leisure. The ticket is valid for the exact time you select when purchasing.

How long does the visit take?

On average, 60–90 minutes, but it's up to you how long you stay in the installations.

Which languages is the audio guide available in?

The audio guide is available in ten languages. We have prepared the following languages for you: English, Czech, Spanish, German, Polish, Slovak, Italian, French, Dutch, and Portuguese. The Cabinet of Wonders audio guide can be downloaded before your visit or on site. QR codes are provided in each gallery, allowing you to access the content directly on your phone.

What is the recommended age for the exhibition?

The exhibition is suitable for all ages. Younger children should be accompanied by an adult, as some installations contain loud noises and intense lights.

Can I visit Signal Space with a stroller?

Strollers are not allowed inside the exhibition spaces for safety reasons and due to movement in darker, interactive environments. However, you are welcome to bring smaller children in a baby carrier and leave your stroller with our staff at the entrance. The exhibition is not suitable for toddlers – we recommend it for children aged 4 and above, who can fully enjoy the experience.

Is Signal Space wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the entire space is wheelchair accessible. Our team will be happy to assist you if necessary.

Do you offer free admission for caregivers of people with disabilities?

Yes, visitors with disabilities are entitled to free admission for one accompanying caregiver. Please provide proof that you are a caregiver upon entry.

Can I bring my dog or other pet to the gallery?

Only assistance dogs with valid identification are allowed in the gallery.

Are there strobe lights or other demanding lighting effects at exhibitions?

Some installations feature intense light effects, including flashes, strobes, and rapidly changing projections. These elements may cause discomfort or health issues for sensitive individuals, especially those with epilepsy or photosensitivity.

By entering the exhibition, visitors acknowledge this and enter at their own risk. The organizer accepts no responsibility for any health issues arising from these effects.

Can I touch the installations during the exhibition?

Most installations are interactive and designed to be engaged with. If there are any exceptions, this is clearly indicated on site.

What is Signal Space?

Signal Space is an experiential digital art gallery located right in the center of Prague. We offer unique light and multisensory installations by the best artists from around the world. We combine art, technology, and emotions into an interactive experience.

Can I take photos or videos?

Yes, photography and filming are permitted for personal use. The use of tripods, selfie sticks, and professional equipment is not permitted without prior agreement.

Is there a café or shop in the gallery?

Yes, after your visit, you can relax in our café and purchase designer souvenirs or Signal Space merchandise.

Can I bring a backpack or large luggage into the gallery?

Larger bags and backpacks must be left in the cloakroom. Small handbags and backpacks may be kept with you.
